Subscribers to Our Man in Norfolk have access to the many services it offers.  Firstly, and importantly, membership includes a regular monthly security visit to your property, at an agreed time, with a report emailed to you.  It also includes any office-based administration and organisation time associated with your requirements. You can also have unlimited telephone and email contact with the OMIN team for advice on issues relating to your property and information about life in Norfolk, including local news, views, people, places, facilities, services and events. 

Our Man in Norfolk works with a great variety of professional tradesmen around the county, and can arrange regular weekly or monthly tasks such as gardening, domestic cleaning and window cleaning.  Occasional projects, such as property redecoration or electrical and plumbing work, can also be organised and supervised, with all expenditure  being authorised by you against detailed quotation prior to any work being carried out.

Our Man in Norfolk will organise and implement the efficient delivery of the services that you require.  The costs incurred, other than those included in the membership fee, will be charged to you on a monthly basis by way of a fully itemised account.
